If the request is to add an account, will the librarian need a regularly scheduled global chat shift time? *

NOTE: If the librarian needs a regularly scheduled shift time, either you or the new librarian should submit the Permanent Schedule Change Request form with several options for availability so we can determine which shift time would be best for our Cooperative.

If the user is a librarian who answers global chats, the user needs to be added to the global Co-Op (and local co-op, if applicable).
If the librarian is not added to the Co-Op, then the librarian will not be able to claim chats.
